Cristiano Ronaldo is proving again that he's a damn solid human being and putting his massive array of riches to good use.
With a long history of being charitable for a good cause, the 30-year-old Portuguese superstar reportedly donated £5 million to Save the Children, an organization working to aid Nepal in the aftermath of the devastating earthquake.

French magazine So Foot reported that Ronaldo made the donation (h/t Daily Mail).
Ronaldo showed just last week his affinity for the organisation on his Facebook page:

The story of Ronaldo's donation spread around the world, with the likes of USA Today, Time and Sports Illustrated all reporting the information.
However, it appears the initial report was untrue.
A Save the Children spokesperson told BuzzFeed News, "The recent report of Ronaldo’s contribution towards Save the Children’s Nepal earthquake relief efforts is untrue."
