The Chicago Blackhawks have flipped the proverbial switch. After finishing the regular season on a four-game losing streak, Chicago has kicked it into a new gear.

Led by the resurgent Patrick Kane, the Blackhawks finished off a four-game sweep of the Minnesota Wild on Thursday night with a 4-3 victory. Kane scored a goal and assisted on another to spur Chicago to the win.

The Wild mounted a furious comeback in the last few minutes of the third period, but Chicago held on for the win. It outscored the Wild 13-7 in the series.

The Blackhawks have now advanced to the Western Conference Finals, where they await the winner of the Anaheim Ducks vs. Calgary Flames series.

The Ducks currently hold a 2-1 lead in the series, which resumes Friday night in Calgary. The Flames avoided a 3-0 hole in the series with a 4-3 overtime win in Game 3. Anaheim will want to push Calgary to the brink Friday to limit the rest the Blackhawks get while waiting for an opponent.

Obviously, Anaheim hopes to win in five, but just in case the series is extended, here's a look at the remaining schedule and viewing information for that series and the rest of the semifinal round.

In the Eastern Conference, the Washington Capitals have a chance to eliminate the New York Rangers. Despite winning the Presidents' Trophy during the regular season, the Rangers can't find a way to score consistently.

The teams have a combined 12 goals in the series through four games, but the Rangers have scored just five of them. Rangers center Dominic Moore thinks the Caps' ability to block shots has been the biggest factor in stifling his team's offense.

Per Mike G. Morreale of NHL.com, Moore said, "Every team is trying to block shots, and every team is trying to figure out how to get shots through. They're doing a particularly good job of it in this series so far, and we're trying to do things to figure it out. We'll keep trying and hopefully figure it out [in Game 5]."

NEW YORK, NY - APRIL 30: Chris Kreider #20 of the New York Rangers skates against Matt Niskanen #2 of the Washington Capitals in Game One of the Eastern Conference Semifinals during the 2015 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs at Madison Square Garden on April 30,

The Caps are averaging 21.5 blocked shots per game in the series. Matt Niskanen and Brooks Orpik have 29 between them. They've done a great job taking pressure off Henrik Lundqvist and frustrating the Rangers.

New York has to find a way to penetrate the Caps' wall of defense. If it doesn't, an excellent regular season will go by the boards in one of the most disappointing postseasons in the team's history.

No pressure.
