Daily Fantasy Hockey 2015: NHL DraftKings Ideal Lineup Picks for May 5
The second round of the NHL playoffs has been a slow process to date, partially because of a drawn-out schedule that included a number of nights with only one game. Monday, May 4, was one of those nights, but Tuesday will feature both Western Conference matchups.
The Chicago Blackhawks and Anaheim Ducks will both look to take a 3-0 series lead on the road, and the Minnesota Wild and Calgary Flames will look to stay alive at home. To date, there have been a number of players who have really elevated their game, and you would be wise to have some of them in your lineup.

There are several ways you could fill out your lineup for May 5. Here are some ideal NHL DraftKings lineup picks.
Center: Andrew Cogliano, $3,900

Ryan Getzlaf has received a ton of attention for his top play to date, but Andrew Cogliano is a solid option as a secondary center or utility man.
He carries a bargain price tag of $3,900 and has tallied two goals and five assists for seven points over the last 10 games. He's also increased his fantasy point production during that span, as his average of 2.8 is higher than the 2.0 average he carried during the regular season.
Wingers: Patrick Kane, $8,300, and Jakob Silfverberg, $5,200
PK88 is on fire right now, and his return to the lineup has made the Blackhawks the team to beat in the NHL.
Since returning from a collar bone injury, Kane has five goals and five assists for 10 points in eight games. He has points in all but one game, and in terms of consistency, Kane has been one of the most reliable players in the playoffs.
The Anaheim Ducks have proven to be a formidable opponent thus far, and they remain undefeated through six playoff games.

Jakob Silfverberg has been a force for the Ducks and has seven points in six games. If you extend the scope to include the final few games of the season, the Ducks winger has 11 points in his last 10 games and a 4.1 fantasy points-per-game average.
Defense: Duncan Keith, $7,600
There are a number of NHL players who have hit the double-digit mark for playoff points, but Duncan Keith is the only defender who has accomplished it. The next-closest defenders are Sami Vatanen and Hampus Lindholm, and both have six points in six games.
Keith's 10 points in his last eight games include two goals and eight assists, and that includes a fantasy points-per-game average of 4.5. He has a high price tag at $7,600, but it is a worthwhile investment for a consistent all-around defender.
Goalie: Corey Crawford: $8,200

Corey Crawford continues to be a solid option in net for the bargain price of $8,200, and he's been money against the Wild. In Round 2, he's 2-0-0 with a 2.01 goals-against average, a .945 save percentage and a fantasy points-per-game average of 6.9.
| Home | 17-11-4 | 2.38 | .922 | 4.7 |
| Away | 18-10-1 | 2.27 | .922 | 5.1 |
| Against MIN | 2-0-0 | 2.01 | .945 | 6.9 |
The Blackhawks are primed to take a 3-0 lead, and it should be noted that Crawford's best play this season came on the road.
