NFL Draft Grades 2015: Complete 7-Round Results and Scores for Every Team
With all seven rounds of the 2015 NFL draft in the books, we can finally take a deep breath. Infinite research hours turned into a weekend-long fest in Chicago that saw some teams find their next foundational stars and others...well, not do that.
We obviously won't begin to know the answers to which teams ascended and which folded until September. No matter how much predraft research is done by experts and fans alike, no one knows anything. We've seen enough blue-chip prospects fail in the NFL to understand that that's perhaps the only undebatable truth of the draft process.
That's not to say we cannot assess how teams fared over the last few days. Draft grades are not a repudiation or praising of the players themselves; they're an assessment of how those teams straddled the line between addressing needs and finding value.

Best of the Best
Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons came into Thursday with a host of needs and left Saturday evening having filled a good deal of them.
Vic Beasley will give them their first competent pass-rusher since John Abraham's departure. Jalen Collins was viewed as a potential first-rounder and provides Dan Quinn with a young, solid core with Desmond Trufant. And Tevin Coleman may finally take Atlanta out of the plodding, elderly running back purgatory it's been in for about a half-decade.
Grabbing wideout Justin Hardy and tackle Jake Rodgers on Day 3 helped put the class over the top. Hardy will help fill the void left by Harry Douglas' departure, and Rodgers should make the roster as a developmental prospect. Overall, Atlanta did an excellent job of filling needs and value at the same time.
Baltimore Ravens

You can never walk away from a draft weekend without praising Ozzie Newsome. The Baltimore general manager has consistently found ways to exploit loopholes to land extra picks and fill needs across his roster on the cheap.
Case in point: The Ravens receiving corps looked almost destitute following Torrey Smith's departure. Newsome grabbed Breshad Perriman, a raw talent with a ton of downfield speed and a high ceiling, in the first round. Even if Perriman isn't ready for all the nuances of the game, he'll fill Smith's role of running downfield really fast and drawing a pass-interference penalty.
Newsome addressed the team's uncertainty at tight end in the second round, adding Minnesota product Maxx Williams. Williams is either the best or second-best tight end in this class (depending on what position Devin Funchess ultimately plays) and helps Baltimore avoid relying too much on Crockett Gillmore.
Iowa defensive tackle Carl Davis provides a Haloti Ngata replacement. USC running back Javorious Allen might as well have Justin Forsett Insurance taped on the back of his jersey instead of his last name. Georgia Tech wideout Darren Waller is another ball of potential who might contribute if he's given time.
Baltimore might not have gotten any surefire Pro Bowlers here, but it got a lot of usable depth.
Jacksonville Jaguars

It's been a long process, but it appears the Jaguars are finally headed in a positive direction. Dante Fowler has the talent to be a foundational pass-rusher if he finds a way to harness his physical gifts. The Florida standout made 8.5 sacks last season after making the transition to defensive end, where he'll likely spend most of his time in Jacksonville.
T.J. Yeldon and A.J. Cann were a pair a solid second-day picks who could start building a competent running game that's been absent for years. Yeldon has the potential to be the chain-churner Jacksonville thought it had in Toby Gerhart last year. Cann doesn't block well against the pass but is a run-blocking maven; he'll probably start from Week 1.
Day 3, though, is where the Jags put themselves over the top. I'm not sure what Michael Bennett did to anger NFL teams, but him falling to the sixth round was perhaps the best overall value in the entire class. Bennett is an expert pass-rusher from the defensive tackle spot and could create a dynamic duo with Fowler.
The underrated Rashad Greene is a nice addition to a burgeoning young receiving corps. Something will have to give with Greene, Allen Robinson, Marqise Lee and Allen Hurns all looking to make a name for themselves. The competition alone between those four might help one stand out and become a star.
Notre Dame tight end Ben Koyack was also a nice value in Round 7. The excuses are already getting fewer and farther in-between for the young Blake Bortles.
Minnesota Vikings
Minnesota was another young team making a heap of strides at the draft. Trae Waynes was a bit of a reach at No. 11, but he was the top corner in this class and wasn't making it much farther if the Vikings tried to trade back.
Linebacker Eric Kendricks and defensive end Danielle Hunter will also step in and help the defense immensely. Kendricks is going to pile up tackles and might wind up a Rookie of the Year contender. Hunter's going to make things difficult on NFC North quarterbacks with his edge-rushing prowess.
Minnesota was also lucked its way into a potential left tackle in T.J. Clemmings. The Pittsburgh product dropped due to injury concerns, but he's a first-round talent with a high ceiling. At the very least, Vikings fans can imagine moving away from Matt Kalil at this point.
Stefon Diggs should also provide Bridgewater with a versatile talent who can do work after the catch and downfield.
