Series to Watch: Tampa Bay Lightning vs. Montreal Canadiens

Sure, the Rangers and Capitals will be enticing, and the Wild vs. Blackhawks matchup is worth the price of admission. But for my money, the Lightning going up against the Canadiens just screams awesomeness from every orifice.
The Lightning needed seven games to finally bounce the pesky Detroit Red Wings, but they did so without a single goal from their captain. Steven Stamkos did come away with three assists, but he was virtually invisible for the Lightning's top line in the first round.
Andy Strickland of 550 KTRS offered his take on Stamkos' performance against Detroit:
The task won't get any easier for Stamkos. Now Tampa Bay's offense faces the toughest goaltender this season.
Carey Price has been phenomenal all season with a franchise-record 44 wins. Leading the league in wins, goals-against average (1.96) and save percentage (.933), Price became the first to accomplish that feat since Ed Belfour in 1990-91.
Habs coach Michel Therrien noted just how important Price was for his team in the first round:
When the two hockey powers collide on Friday, fans will get to see the top two Atlantic Division teams battle it out for a spot in the Eastern Conference Final. The NHL's top goalie against the team with the most goals per game in the regular season—does it get any better than that? No, no it doesn't.
