Breaking News:Memphis Grizzlies Reportedly Offer Iverson a Contract
It looks like the Memphis Grizzlies are trying to make some noise this year, with reportedly offering Allen Iverson a contract, terms of the deal are unknown.
This stirs up some interest, with this team in the West, they already have three young talented players in OJ Mayo,Rudy Gay,and Mike Conley.Along with a 20+ppg,10+rpg player in Zach Randolph.
Could this team with Iverson make the playoffs out West? In my opinon,I would say they can.The starting lineup would be loaded and if the 3 rookies Thabett,Young, and Carroll can give them some solid minutes the bench will help out.
With teams such as Houston, and Utah-If they trade Boozer freeing up two playoff spots out West the Grizzlies could slide in,and win some games in a first round series. The big question are will there be enough shots for everybody and can Randolph and Iverson actually be team players and share the ball cause this is Mayo and Gay's team.Plus how will Mike Conley adjust to being the sixth man?If everything were to work out and this team comes together I see a 6th,7th,or 8th playoff seed for them this season.

Bench is suspect if these young players can't contribute solid minutes.
