Switzerland vs. United States: Goals, Highlights from International Friendly

Brek Shea scored a classy free-kick goal to give the Untied States a lead right at the stroke of half-time against Switzerland on Tuesday. 

Yes, Brek Shea. The same Shea who flopped in the Premier League and the Championship. 

Shea unexpectedly took the United States' set piece and drilled his shot perfectly into the top corner. 

Even fans of the U.S. men's national team were shocked:

The USMNT were forced to try and protect their lead with just 10 men in the latter stages of the second half, when Jozy Altidore not-so-subtly muttered "something" to the referee. 

Not long after the Americans were reduced to 10 men, the Swiss equalised through Valentin Stocker, who hit home from close range on a corner kick.
