Astros' Jason Castro Mistakenly Receives Sticky Note Promposal on His Car

To any high schooler looking to do a creative promposal, at least make sure you have the right recipient.

You don't want to end up like the person who mistakenly asked the Houston Astros' Jason Castro to prom—although it does create a funny story.

In an effort to secure a prom date, some high schooler spelled out "Prom?" in sticky notes all over their target's vehicle. Or so they thought.

Unfortunately, it was Castro's car instead. That's just a minor mistake.

Castro tweeted out a picture of the funny mixup, so there's a good chance the intended target has seen the promposal.

Lesson learned. With something as important as prom, make sure every part of the plan is down. Otherwise, the date may never happen.
