Dani Alves and Representatives Deny Rumoured Transfer Deal with PSG
Amid conflicting reports that Dani Alves will join Paris Saint-Germain, the Barcelona star and his representatives have tried to squash any rumors of his departure.
The player himself responded angrily to reports suggesting he has agreed a deal with the French champions, per Rik Sharma of Sport:
"Your really believe what they say? I’m a little tired of listening to people talking s--t.
I love this club until death and I’d stay forever. But one day if I have to go I will have the same balls that got me this far and I don’t need anyone to speak for me.

On Wednesday, Marcus Christenson of The Guardian passed along a Marca report claiming Alves had a deal worked out with PSG:
But SPORT English on Twitter quickly reported that such a deal wouldn't be going through:
And so the plot thickens.
Alves, 31, is not unfamiliar with being the subject of rumours at this stage of his career. The right-back's attacking style, flair on the wing and inconsistent crossing and defensive presence make him a divisive figure among fans, though his experience at the highest level and penchant for the spectacular make him an entertaining player to watch.
Alves has appeared in 20 La Liga contests this season, notching two assists for Barcelona while earning a 7.14 average match rating, according to WhoScored.com. He's also appeared in six Champions League matches, accumulating two assists and a 7.28 average match rating.
It remains a possibility that Alves could move to PSG over the summer, but for the moment his representatives are denying those claims. Clearly, there is still a role for him at Barca, so it wouldn't be crazy to see him remain with the club.
