Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈

The Bills confirmed the signing on Wednesday.
Dianna Marie Russini of NBC 4 in Washington, D.C., had reported that the San Francisco 49ers were still in the running for Harvin.
Pro Football Talk and Vic Carucci of The Buffalo News would later debunk that report completely, however.
is still one of the most electrifying players in the entire league when he gets in open space on kick returns and receptions, but he has dealt with injury problems the last two seasons. He tallied only 150 receiving yards and zero touchdown catches in six games with Seattle during that span.
Mike of ESPN discussed the role would play in Buffalo:
He was slightly more productive on the Jets (350 receiving yards and a touchdown) but still didn’t look like a No. 1 receiver.
Harvin’s greatest value could very well be on special teams. He has five career kickoff returns for touchdowns in his regular-season career and famously took the opening kickoff of the second half of the 2013 Super Bowl to the house for the against the Denver Broncos.
Although he never really found his role on that Seattle team, that moment will live forever in lore.
Perhaps will rack up a few more of those highlight-reel moments for the Bills.
