Free-agent cornerback Jarrett Bush was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with public intoxication in Vacaville, California. However, Vacaville police later revealed that no charges will be filed against him, per Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette. He issued an apology on Wednesday.

Wood offered details on Bush's arrest:
Bush, 30, was shortly placed on hold while being booked before being released, per Rhonda Roberts of WBAY.com. He was initially charged with Disorderly Conduct Under the Influence, which is a misdemeanor under California state law.
"The booking log shows that Bush was held on the misdemeanor charge with a bail charge of $1,600," per NBC Sports' Josh Alper.
The former Utah State star has spent all nine of his NFL seasons with the Packers. He made 16 tackles in 2014, largely working as a special teamer. The veteran will officially become a free agent when the new league year begins on March 10.
