Here's a closer glimpse in video form from noted sneaker reviewer Tyler Blake:

The 1999 release of this shoe was named as "Cool Grey" rather than "Tech Grey," but no matter the official moniker from the Jordan Brand, fans, of course, know the colorway much better as "Oreo" for its unique speckles.

DJ Khaled certainly enjoys the famous nickname:

Anticipation for this shoe is obvious.

When it dropped in 1999, it was one of the most unique colorways of the late 1990s. Now one of the more recognizable styles, it was ranked by Complex.com at No. 16 on a list of best "non-OG Jordans of all time." The only shoe released before 2000 to make it higher on that particular list was the "Columbia" Retro IV, which was remastered and released last month (officially named "Legend Blue") in the same vein as these shoes.

Now coming back after a 16-year hiatus, the HD version of the "Oreo" colorway isn't going to last long and is going to be decidedly difficult for fans to get their hands on if they aren't interested in overpaying on eBay. But those lucky enough to grab a pair will own one of the better Retro IV's of the bunch.

Jordan Brand, which continues to celebrate its 30th anniversary in style, has enjoyed a tremendous February with a handful of releases during the All-Star break and now this.

Keep 'em coming, please.
