Previously, Spanish publication Fichajes (h/t Jamie Sanderson of the Metro) reported that Palermo are "ready to sell" the Argentinian striker for a hefty sum. James Whaling of the Mirror indicates the 21-year-old is valued at £29.5 million.

Dybala previously suggested his prefers to reside elsewhere, however. "When I play with the PlayStation, I always choose Barcelona or Manchester City," he told Guerin Sportivo (h/t Paul Clennam of Goal.com). "I dream to play one day with one of those clubs."
Speculation continues to suggest a number of teams, including Manchester United, are currently watching Dybala, per Simon Jones of the MailOnline. The crafty striker is enjoying an excellent season, scoring 11 and assisting seven in 22 Serie A displays, per WhoScored.com.
Dybala has provided a telling goal contribution in 11 of his last 13 matches and has been involved in 48.6 percent of Palermo's goal this term. B/R UK's Ryan Bailey and Matteo Bonetti recently discussed whether he will land at Old Trafford:
While the latest developments are encouraging for Arsenal fans, there's rumblings Santi Cazorla's stay could be coming to an end.
Guillem Balague, Sky Sports' resident Spanish football expert, believes Diego Simeone will try to lure the midfield maestro to Atletico Madrid. Balague spoke on Sky Sports' Revista de La Liga show:
"He has 18 months left on his contract at Arsenal, and Atletico have contacted Cazorla’s entourage. Atletico are convinced that they can persuade the player to join them. Then they just have to pay the money. There will be one year left on his contract in the summer, and will be available for cheaper.
"

Former Valencia and Middlesbrough midfielder Gaizka Mendieta also acknowledged Atletico's alleged interest, telling Revista: "When Arda Turan and Koke are not there, Cazorla will be a great addition. He knows La Liga perfectly, so it will work for him."
Cazorla has hit a stretch of form since Christmas. He continues to grow in importance during Jack Wilshere's latest stint of injury and can be considered vital to the side's chances of silverware. Football writer Samuel JayC certainly holds him in high regard:
The 30-year-old has scored six and assisted six in the Premier League this season, per WhoScored, but could be exchanged for a powerful defensive midfielder if Arsene Wenger is thinking about deep-rooting his squad. Cazorla has shown he can dictate important matches, highlighted by his performance during the Gunners' 2-0 win over Manchester City.
Cazorla is destined to play a leading role in Arsenal's assault on fourth and run through the remaining cup competitions this season. B/R UK's James McNicholas recently analysed the club's chances of adding to their trophy cabinet:
Arsenal supporters can certainly expect changes in the summer. Wenger needs to address an imbalance in the squad which flaunts plenty of tricky, ball-playing midfielders and few combative types. Cazorla, although performing well right now, perhaps should be considered a prime candidate to leave while he still holds value.
This is particularly true if the club are looking to make a major purchase in the shape of Dybala, while also improving the midfield options on offer to Wenger.
