Laurent Blanc was forced to finish the game with nine men and watched as his team conceded twice in the final few minutes to let the win fall from their grasp.

Johnson confirmed that it was an apparent adductor injury that caused Lucas to request his withdrawal from the pitch:

French Football Weekly reported the Brazilian was in tears as he departed Parc des Princes:

Blanc noted that Lucas, Marquinhos, Serge Aurier and Yohan Cabaye will now all be unavailable for Tuesday's Champions League round-of-16 clash against Chelsea, while Blaise Matuidi is a doubt, per Johnson:

With the loss of Lucas' assets out wide, Blanc could be forced to change tactics in midfield.
