Harry Kane has been named the Premier League Player of the Month for January after scoring five goals in four Premier League outings for Tottenham Hotspur.

Speaking of his award, per Spurs' website, Kane said: "I'd like to thank the whole team, the Club, the staff, the manager, everyone. It’s a team game and we’ve picked up some really great results and hopefully we can continue that now until the end of the season."
Kane took to Twitter to thank fans for their support:
The 2014-15 campaign has been one of extreme growth for the 21-year-old, who scored braces against Chelsea and West Bromwich Albion in January, as well as bagging a goal against Crystal Palace.
After netting twice in a recent north London derby victory over Arsenal, the youngster may also find himself in the running to win back-to-back Player of the Month awards with continued success in February.
