Resurrection From The Grave.........

Last night at Wrigley Field was the resurrection from the grave of the "Wild

Thing", Carlos Marmol.  Yes he's back!!!!!!!  This was just not a one night

stand.  This has been happening all season long.  Do you want proof?

Ok, here are some stats:

2008 Season

2.68 ERA   114 KO  in 87.1 inngs   41 Walks

2009 Season

3.57 ERA    64 KO in 53 inngs   49 Walks

In addition to the above is the distinction of leading all pitchers in the National

League in hit batters with 11! All of last year he had a total for the season of

10.  Yes, the "Wild Thing" has come back from the grave to haunt us and

add more years to our lives.

What I don't understand is why they didn't send Carlos down to the minors

to figure out what he was doing wrong and get himself straightened out.  If

you have a weak heart, WARNING!!!! Do not watch the Cubs if Carlos comes

in to pitch the 8th inning. This is not for the faint of heart....and please take your blood pressure pills!
