Fox Linked to Multiple Jobs

John Fox figures to be a hot head coaching commodity after parting ways with the Denver Broncos Monday, per ESPN's Adam Schefter, but one team it doesn't appear he will be landing with is the New York Jets.
According to Schefter, the 59-year-old coach has decided against interviewing for the Jets' vacant job:
Regardless of the specifics behind the situation, though, all signs point toward Fox attempting to catch on elsewhere.
Many were shocked when he was ousted from Denver following 46 wins, four straight playoff appearances and a Super Bowl berth, but general manager John Elway made it clear in a statement that a change was needed in order to take the next step, per ESPN.com's Jeff Legwold:
"While we have made significant progress under Coach Fox, there is still work to be done. I believe this change at the head coaching position will be in the best interest of our long-term goal, which from day one has been to win World Championships. Our organization is fully dedicated to reaching (owner) Pat Bowlen's high standards for his team as we begin the process of finding the next head coach to lead the Denver Broncos.
"
Getting eliminated by the Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Divisional Round was a huge disappointment in Denver, so a bold decision was ultimately made.
Fox was expected to land on his feet after the success that he's had over the years and landing the job with a successful Bears franchise seems like a good fit.
