Jameer Nelson talked about his ankle injury that kept him out of Monday's game vs. Charlotte via Chris Forsberg of ESPN Boston:
"Nelson missed his second consecutive games due to what the team termed a right ankle sprain. The 32-year-old point guard said it's actually just soreness in the ankle, something he's experienced at times during his career and has typically resolved with time off and treatment.

"It's something I've had in my career," Nelson said before Monday's game while undergoing stim treatment at his locker. "It usually goes away with treatment and a little rest. It's not necessarily pain, just discomfort. As an athlete, you have to take care of yourself, listen to your body."
Stevens said Nelson will be reevaluated by team physician Brian McKeon on Monday night.
