Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
The Jaguars last made the playoffs during the 2007 NFL season. Since that point the organization hasn't finished with a record better than 8-8. Things have been even worse in recent years with no more than five wins in a campaign since 2010.
The team is 5-10 this season.
Bradley was hired early in 2013 after a successful stint as defensive coordinator of the Seattle Seahawks. While there were some steps in the right direction since he took control, it wasn't rapid, and the team's record stayed among the league's worst.
The question was whether he would get enough time to further implement his plan.
Now that he's assured of returning, he can start looking ahead to 2016.
Ultimately, the roster Bradley inherited wasn't good enough to compete. It's hard to imagine any coach having much more success given the same players to work with. That's likely why the team decided to give him another chance.
The talent gap is starting to close. Players like Blake Bortles, Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, among others, point toward a brighter future. Make no mistake: This isn't a team on the fringe of contending. But it's working toward being more competitive on a weekly basis.
After this offseason, the Jaguars will likely be in a position where they can make some improvement on their record. Positive vibes are one thing, but eventually the wins have to come.
Bradley will get a chance to prove he's the coach who can get the team over the hump and moving back toward .500 and beyond.
If there's a continued lack of progress, Bradley could be on the hot seat in 2016.
