Are You Ready? No Not at All

 

Hello everyone. As always, I would like to thank you for spending some time with me today.

 

It would appear to me that the highly touted DX reunion rumor is true. While this isn’t 100 percent confirmed I think it is safe to assume that it is true. Let me give a little sneak preview of DX’s 50 millionth reunion.

 

The segment will start with HHH coming out to the ring. The ring announcers are going to act all crazy after HBK comes out. There will be some witty banter between HHH and HBK.

 

They will both take of their shirts and underneath will be their DX shirts. The announcers will go crazy after seeing this. This will be followed by some more stale banter, with them finally telling Legacy to “Suck it”.

 

Does that sound about right to you? If it does sound familiar to you I wouldn’t be shocked at all. After all this has been done countless times before. What’s even more annoying is when the announcer’s act like this never happens.

 

You can be guaranteed at least 2 maybe even 3 three DX reunions every year. I don’t see how this can possibly be surprising or entertaining anymore. It is the same act every time they hook up.

 

Last I heard a big part of a surprise reunion was actually being surprised.

 

I am sorry if I may be raining on anyone’s parade with these statements. It still doesn’t make them not true though, instead of giving us a half arsed DX reunion, why don’t the really surprise us with a full DX reunion.

 

That might be a little more compelling for me then this rehashed overdone pairing.

 

Think about it for a second, wouldn’t it be cool if we had the New Age outlaws reunite with DX? I’m sure they can bring back Chyna or X-pac; last I heard they were hocking their souls out for a buck.

 

Be honest with me folks, are you telling me that you don’t find these current DX reunions stale? If you don’t then I am curious as to why not. Its not like it brings anything remotely fresh to the table.

 

If the WWE thinks this will be a way to help a very stale raw, then they are sadly mistaken. It will take more then this old act to resurrect this stale product. I would even go as far as to say that these DX reunions are part of the stale product.

 

If you really think these two can help raw then I will leave you a quote from another DX member other then HHH or HBK.
