Colts Release Kenny Moore

Projecting Every NFL Team's Starting Lineup 🔮

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Stedman Bailey, WR, St. Louis Rams - 0 percent owned in CBS Sports Leagues

Coming into Sunday's game, Bailey had only been targeted 10 times. In the Rams' 27-24 loss to the San Diego Chargers, Bailey saw nine balls thrown his way.
The second-year player out of West Virginia had seven catches for 89 yards and a touchdown. Only tight end Jared Cook was targeted as much.
Bailey is known for his game-breaking speed, and he could easily give the Rams a weapon on the outside. St. Louis has struggled to find a consistent contributor opposite Kenny Britt. Bailey might be the man for the job.
He is worth a flex position if you're desperate for a receiver for your fantasy team.
Latavius Murray, RB, Oakland Raiders - 28.6 percent owned in CBS Sports Leagues
Murray exploded on Thursday night in the Oakland Raiders' first win of the season over the Kansas City Chiefs. He ran for 112 yards and two touchdowns on just four carries.
Unfortunately, he suffered a concussion that has his availability for Week 13 in question. Per Vic Tafur of the San Francisco Chronicle, interim head coach Tony Sparano said Murray was undergoing a battery of tests.
We can't advise on the severity of Murray's injury, but he displayed obvious game-breaking abilities in the win over the Chiefs. Tabbing Murray would still be a smart move for fantasy owners who have a need at running back or a flex position.
Once Murray returns, the Raiders should be looking to utilize his skills on a more regular basis.
Jarvis Landry, WR, Miami Dolphins - 31 percent owned in CBS Sports Leagues

Although he didn't hit the 100-yard mark on Sunday against the Denver Broncos, Landry had two touchdown catches.
The rookie out of LSU has to be taken seriously as he's becoming one of Ryan Tannehill's favorite targets of late. In his last three games, Landry has been thrown to 26 times.
He's made 19 catches and has three touchdown receptions in that span. If fantasy owners weren't believers at first, they should be now.
