Philip Rivers, Keenan Allen, Eddie Royal's Post-Week 12 Fantasy Reaction
A week ago, the San Diego Chargers offense squandered a potential fantasy bonanza against Oakland. They wouldn't let another one go by.
Philip Rivers threw for 291 yards and a touchdown, Keenan Allen and Eddie Royal had six receptions apiece and Ryan Mathews rushed for over 100 yards in the Chargers' 27-24 win over the St. Louis Rams in Week 12.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Rivers was locked in from the opening whistle. He completed 29 of 35 passes, with his lone mistake being a second-quarter interception that resulted in a Janoris Jenkins pick-six. From a fantasy perspective Rivers would have been better had he accounted for more than one touchdown pass, but this is a step in the right direction given his recent run of frustrations.
Allen, meanwhile, appears to be returning to his rookie-year form. The second-year wideout had six receptions for 104 yards and a touchdown Sunday, marking the fourth time in his last five games with five or more grabs. Also of import: Allen has been targeted nine times or more in each of those contests. While it's unlikely he'll ever become a fantasy superstar, Allen has returned to flex-play status at the very least.

Royal is due for at least one more multi-touchdown game that makes everyone angry, but he's not a viable fantasy option. The Chargers offense has an evolved hierarchy to the point it's pretty clear he is the No. 3 target behind Allen and Antonio Gates on most plays.
