Jay Cutler, Brandon Marshall, Alshon Jeffery's Post-Week 12 Fantasy Reaction
Facing Lovie Smith for the first time since he left the franchise, the Chicago Bears' passing game struggled early on in Week 12. However, the connection between Jay Cutler and Alshon Jeffery helped fantasy owners of both players on one play.
Outside of Jeffery getting into the end zone, the Bears receivers have been mostly held in check. That includes Brandon Marshall, who had two touchdowns against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 11.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Cutler didn't cruise in the passing game quite like he did last week against the Vikings but did register a touchdown for owners. He was expected to throttle the Buccaneers' porous pass defense, but couldn't quite get off to a hot start.

A week after having his own brilliant day against Minnesota, Jeffery scored again for his owners. That touchdown led to him having a solid outing, but he hasn't had a lot of receiving yards throughout the day.
Marshall and Jeffery might not always have outstanding numbers, but they are two of the most targeted players in the NFL. ESPN Stats & Info noted an interesting statistic for the receiving tandem:
It hasn't been a great day for Marshall, but he's still a player that fantasy teams will have to rely on. The next several weeks are as crucial as they come, so more performances like Week 12 would be crushing for owners.
Heading into a tough matchup with the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving, both receivers are still worth slotting into the lineup with their explosiveness. Their fantasy production depends on Cutler, however, who has been as erratic as any player lately.
