Ricky Henderson Has a Secret!!!

Ken MonizJul 30, 2009

So you know now that when Jose Canseco has something to say about steroids, not matter how much we don't want to say it, but he has always been right. And after today's news about David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez being leaked from the "anonymous" 2003 test, Jose said, I'll tell you this, Major League Baseball is going to have a big, big problem on their hands when they find out they have a Hall of Famer who's used."

Do we really want to bet against Jose Canseco on this subject? I wouldn't. Now it is just a matter of figuring out which Hall of Famer he is talking about. Then logically you think it has got to be Rickey Henderson when they were teammates for four years in birthplace of steroids in the Oakland Athletics clubhouse.

It would also have to be a hall of famer who played in 2003, which was the first type of any testing. Guess what? Rickey Henderson signed with Los Angeles Dodgers after the All-Star break in that year. Do you need any other evidence? If you do, I got some.

Before this latest induction, Jose has never said anything about a Hall of Famer using PED's. The reason for that is Rickey Henderson wasn't a Hall of Famer until this past week.

Now this is completely speculation but if you analyze his stats, this guy played at a major league level for 23 years. For a man who steals bases and his body is continuously beaten up every time someone tries to pick him off or anytime his body has to hit the ground, I question the fact a human being can not be hurting naturally.

Also if you look at his stats, he suspiciously put up his best power numbers for the Oakland A's. Oakland has never been known for a hitter's haven but now it might be known for the home of steroids for the the first PED user in the Hall.
