Money-Line Tip
Chicago Bears over Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Betting against the Buccaneers might be frowned upon after their surprising 27-7 victory over the Washington Redskins last week. But even in the midst of mediocrity, the Chicago Bears have more than enough talent to blow out Tampa Bay.
Lovie Smith's Bucs ended a five-game skid with their win in Washington, but that victory feels like more of an aberration—or a result of the Redskins' woes—than something to take into account. And the Bears finally ended a three-game losing streak with a 21-13 win over Minnesota in Week 11.
Smith will be eager to notch a win over his former team, but it will be easier said than done.

In the Bucs' win last week, they outgained Washington by a measly seven yards. What's more, they didn't even reach 50 rushing yards as a unit—aiding their 28th-place rushing offense that isn't much of anything without rusher Doug Martin.
Only three teams have conceded more passing yards than Tampa Bay, while Bears quarterback Jay Cutler ranks seventh in NFL passing yards despite having an inconsistent season.
Cutler can also throw to dangerous wideout Brandon Marshall, who had a big day against the Vikings and doesn't see Sunday as anything other than another game, per Bears sideline reporter Zach Zaidman:
Most importantly, Bears running back Matt Forte is coming off a 170-plus-yard performance from scrimmage against a Bucs run defense that concedes 118 yards per game on average.
The Bucs found the winning way last week, but that was against the Redskins, who have all sorts of issues right now. One might argue that the Bears do as well, but they're on completely different levels in terms of on-field talent and roster makeup.
Cutler will get hot early, and the Bucs offense won't be able to do much about it.
Prediction: Bears win 31-17
