WWE Main Event Results: Winners, Twitter Reaction and Analysis from November 18
Welcome to Bleacher Report's recap of this week's Main Event. Here is where we take a look at what happened on the show, examining the winners, reactions to matches and any possible ramifications coming out of the program.
Considering we are closing in on Survivor Series, it's a bit surprising that WWE didn't load up this episode with video packages hyping Sunday's event.
Byron Saxon and Michael Cole were on commentary, keeping with the recent trend of a rotating announce team for the weekly C-show.

Let's take a look at what happened on this week's Main Event.
The Usos vs. Gold and Stardust
This was a solid tag team match between two duos who know each other very well, but all the mayhem at the commentary table was too distracting to enjoy what was happening in the ring.
The Usos picked up a win over the champions heading into Survivor Series, which you would think gives them momentum heading into the title bout on Sunday. However, it doesn't.
Challengers often get a win right before a title match so it's more surprising when the champions retain. However, it wouldn't be a surprise to see Miz and Mizdow win come Sunday.
Winners: The Usos
Grade: B
Notes and Highlights:
- Having Los Matadores, Miz and Damien Mizdow on commentary made it feel way too crowded.
- I'm not Hispanic and even I was offended by the ridiculous fake accents of Los Matadores. It's like they both turned into Cheech Marin.
- What value does El Torito even have when the little kids in the crowd don't care about him?
Twitter Reaction:
Paige vs. Alicia Fox
Alicia Fox was able to steal a win from her former BFF by countering a lazy pin into her own pinning combination.
It was a pretty average match overall. Fox and Paige are both on the more athletic side of the Divas roster, but it felt like they were holding back a little in this one.
Paige is an entertaining heel when she isn't focused on AJ. Her mid-match comments to Michael Cole were definitely a nice touch.
Winner: Alicia Fox
Grade: C-
Notes and Highlights:
- Paige has one of the best headbutts in the business.
- Fox needs to get back to her crazy ways. She was a lot funner when she was unhinged.
- Do the fans even think of Fox as a babyface? She didn't have a real turn, she just had a heel turn on her.
- WWE didn't upload this match, so instead you can watch a video for WWE 2K15.
Twitter Reaction:
Adam Rose and The Bunny vs. Tyson Kidd and Natalya
Here's a trivia question for you: When was the last time a heel and babyface took on another heel-and-babyface team?
Unfortunately for Natalya, Kidd ended up being the one who was legal for the whole match. Fortunately for Natalya, Kidd making The Bunny submit counts as a win for her.
There was very little to get excited about in this one unless you're a fan of ridiculous gimmicks. Rose could have saved his partner in the end, but he chose not to because he was mad that all his thunder was stolen by a guy in a Halloween costume.
Winners: Tyson Kidd and Natalya
Grade: D
Notes and Highlights:
- Byron Saxon is the worst heel commentator. He doesn't sound convincing at all when he sides with the bad guys.
- Tyson Kidd is becoming a very unlikable person. He's done a really good job with this heel persona. Making his wife kiss him on the cheek during the match is a jerk move that works so well.
- Calling this an interspecies match is an insult to the intellect of everyone watching. Even a toddler knows it's a guy in a suit.
Twitter Reaction:
"Wait A Minute??? Nattie's Going To Fight With Tyson Against Rose & The Bunny??? Nattie's Gonna Fight A Guy! GOO NATTIE! #MainEvent

Jack Swagger vs. Bray Wyatt
Bray Wyatt delivered another one of his eerie promos before this match got started. He said Jack Swagger would be a sacrifice before SS.
Swagger did what he always does in this match. He looks like a good competitor, but then he takes a loss to someone who is in the midst of a push.
Swagger is a good soldier for WWE, but he seems to have passed the point where he could ever be booked as a World champion again.
Wyatt won with Sister Abigail, just like we all knew he would when the match got started. It wasn't much of a main event.
Winner: Bray Wyatt
Grade: C+
Notes and Highlights:
- Swagger was removed from Team Cena because of a brutal attack, but then he's back in action before Survivor Series, meaning he would have been fine to compete on Sunday. That is just poor booking right there.
- At this point, is Zeb Colter even helping Swagger by being his manager? It seems like such a waste of a talented veteran to have him in the corner of a guy who always loses.
