Roddy White Reaches 10,000 Career Receiving Yards in Win
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Roddy White reached 10,000 career receiving yards in Sunday's 19-17 win over the Carolina Panthers, catching eight passes for 75 yards and a touchdown to go just two yards over the milestone mark.
White joined the 10,000-yard club on a crucial play, as he picked up 11 yards on a 1st-and-10 from the Falcons 49-yard line in the fourth quarter, moving his team to Carolina's 40 at the edge of kicker Matt Bryant's range.
The Falcons were trailing 17-16 with under five minutes remaining in the game and then picked up another first down on a catch by Harry Douglas that moved the offense comfortably into Bryant's range for a successful 44-yarder.
