Matt Forte, Ka'Deem Carey's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 11
Matt Forte came into Week 11 on a record-setting pace. It appears the Bears are committed to continuing that trend.
Forte received 32 touches (26 carries, six receptions) and gained 175 yards Sunday's 21-13 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Chicago's heavy Forte usage has left rookie Ka'Deem Carey sitting on the sidelines, as he did not receive a carry or make a reception.
Carey, taken in the fourth round out of Arizona in the 2014 NFL draft, is yet to make a noticeable impact. He has 30 carries for 143 yards for the season and has received most of his work in Chicago blowouts.

Forte, meanwhile, has become perhaps the league's most reliable running back north of Dallas. The Pro Bowler has had at least 100 total yards in all but three games this season and is setting heady pace numbers. Assuming his current receptions rate stands, Forte will break Larry Centers' all-time catches mark by a running back (101) with room to spare.
He's also on pace to gain 2,000 total yards for the first time in his career. There isn't much to say about Forte that isn't positive. Minus the whole not being very good around the goal line thing. He's one of the five best running backs in football and one of the best fantasy options on a weekly basis. You're starting him in every format as long as he's in the lineup.
And, for as long as Forte is in the lineup, Carey is irrelevant. Perhaps he's worth a bench spot in deeper leagues because of the way the Bears use their running backs, but that's about it.
