Jimmy Graham's Hail Mary TD Called off Due to Offensive Pass Interference
The New Orleans Saints appeared to have a game-winning touchdown on a Hail Mary to Jimmy Graham as time expired, but the touchdown was waved off as the tight end was flagged for offensive pass interference.
In the final seconds of regulation in a 24-24 game, Saints quarterback Drew Brees gave his receivers a chance to make a play on the ball with a 47-yard heave to the end zone. Graham was miraculously able to come down with the catch.

The fact that Graham appeared to have ended the game led to this reaction by San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh:
However, the touchdown was quickly wiped off the board. A referee had thrown a flag as soon as he saw Graham push 49ers cornerback Perrish Cox.
That contact was enough to negate the touchdown, and the game went to overtime where the 49ers pulled out a 27-24 victory.
Graham gave his thoughts on the call after the game, per Evan Woodbery of NOLA.com:
"'It was definitely not a push-off,' Graham said after the game in the locker room at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. 'I'm running down the field telling myself, 'Whatever you do, don't push off.' It's interesting how guys grab me everywhere on the field and I put literally two fingers on somebody and they make that kind of call.'
Graham, a 6-foot-7 former college basketball player, said the call reminded him of his old sport.
'That's why I left basketball,' he said.
