Over 10 Cincinnati Reds/Chicago Cubs:
The wind should be blowing out today at Wrigley Field, and the pitching matchup looks like an OVER. The Reds will send Johnny Cueto to the mound against Kevin Hart and the Cubbies. Cueto is really going through a rough patch right now, going 2-2 with a ridiculous 7.99 ERA in his last 5 starts. He’ll turn it around at some point, but he’s been going so poorly, that you can’t expect it just yet. Hart is a converted reliever only making his third start of 2009. He is replacing Ted Lilly, who is nursing a shoulder injury and hopefully will only miss one start. Hart has 15 walks in only 14 innings pitched, with only 5 strikeouts. That’s not a good sign for the Cubs this afternoon. Expect a high scoring affair today at Wrigley.

Atlanta +125 over Milwaukee:
Tommy Hanson (5-0, 3.00) is one of, if not the leading candidate for National League Rookie of the Year. He’s been everything the Braves had hoped for, going 3-0 with a 2.37 ERA in his last 5 starts as the Braves look to make a run for the NL Wild Card. Milwaukee’s Gallardo has struggled a little bit in recent starts, allowing 12 runs in his past 16 innings. his overall numbers (8-7, 3.28) are good, but like I mentioned he seems to have hit the wall a bit of late. Look for Atlanta’s hot play to continue with Hanson on the hill..
