Just because you’ve slipped behind in the stolen base category doesn’t mean you can’t catch up. Here are some reasonably available SB threats.
Dexter Fowler, OF, Colorado Rockies—Fowler struggled at the plate hitting .143 (2 for 14), but he did manage to steal three more bases. He added four runs, a HR, and four RBI. On the year he’s hitting .254 with 23 SBs, 45 runs, four HRs, and 25 RBI. He’s owned in 28 percent of Yahoo!, 15.8 percent of ESPN, and 35 percent of CBS leagues.
Carlos Gonzalez, OF, Colorado Rockies—Carlos picked up a couple SBs last week while hitting .300 (3 for 10). He added three runs. On the year he’s hitting .213 with seven SBs, 14 Runs, a HR, and five RBI. He’s owned in three percent of Yahoo!, 0.7 percent of ESPN, and nine percent of CBS leagues.
