Doug Baldwin, Ricardo Lockette's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 3
With Seattle Seahawks wideout Percy Harvin bottled up by the Denver defense Sunday, Doug Baldwin and Ricardo Lockette made themselves known to fantasy owners with big performances.
The two led the team in receiving at halftime as quarterback Russell Wilson leaned on them for production. Their final lines were enough to raise a few eyebrows in the fantasy realm:

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Baldwin is a good stash in most leagues as Wilson's go-to receiver thanks to his sure hands. When Harvin is not producing, tight ends are covered and Wilson needs to move the chains, Baldwin is the guy.

| Ricardo Lockette | 1 | 39 | 39.0 | 1 | 39 | 1 | 9 |
But in a run-first offense, he is very much a matchup-based play—he scored all of four points in his first two games combined.
Ricardo Lockette is much riskier and not worth an add despite the performance. He is very much a big-play threat as his nine points on two receptions in Week 1 showed, but in Week 2 he burned owners in a big way with no catches.
The good news is that after a Week 4 bye, the Seahawks get to beat up on two miserable defenses in Washington and Dallas. Baldwin becomes a viable flex option in those matchups as owners work around a bye, while Lockette is an emergency play off the waiver wire.
In the long term, though, both have little value in a run-first attack.
