Andre Ellington, Jonathan Dwyer's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 2
Coming into Week 2, Andre Ellington owners were concerned about whether or not the player would suit up at all. Against the New York Giants, however, they might have been left just as worried about Jonathan Dwyer's role in the offense.
Ellington had a big afternoon, of course, rushing 15 times for 91 yards while adding a catch for 10 more yards on three targets. But Dwyer got getting plenty of looks as well, with nine carries for 31 yards and a touchdown.
Ellington owners probably shouldn't worry too much, however. For starters, Dan Hanzus of NFL.com thought Ellington looked pretty good:

Plus, Dwyer was always going to get touches in this offense and Ellington's early injury concerns made it even more likely. Dwyer was always a threat to vulture touchdowns near the goal line this year given Ellington's slight frame.
But Ellington is going to be a featured part of this offense and will do far more with his touches than Dwyer does. He may have to score his touchdowns from outside of the 5-yard line, but he's a dynamic talent who is capable of taking it to the house at any moment.
Dwyer is his obvious handcuff, but Ellington remains a viable fantasy starter. He proved as much on Sunday.
