MLB SEASON PREDICTIONS
Hey guys its John. The MLB season is already half way over. We have seen many extrodinary things this season such as broken records, major comebacks, and overall fantastic games. The race for the division titles have been closer than usual in almost every division. Here are how I think the standings will turn out to be.
In the NL Central, I pick the St. Louis Cardinals. I pick them because they have their ace back on the mound, Chris Carpenter. They also have one of the greatest power hitter in the game today, Albert Pujols. He has gone yard 32 times, drove in 85 runs, and still maintains a top 5 batting average at .337.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
In the NL East the Philadelphia Phillies. They have a stacked line-up with future hall of famers Ryan Howard, Chase Utley, Jimmy Rollins, and Shane Victrino. The only major concern that people are having is their pitching Cole Hamels has not turned out the guy to be and Brad Lidge the closer who won the World Series in 2008 cannot find a way to close out games. I have a feeling that Charlie Manuel will take control of this team and they will be a tough competor in the playoffs.
In the NL West no competition the LA Dodgers, everyone thought when Manny Ramierez' had to serve his 50 game suspension the Dodgers would go downhill. They still turned out to be 6 ahead of the San Fransico Giants. The Dodgers will wrap up this division.
Now to the AL Central. This is one of the weakest divisions in all of the Majors. The Cleveland Indians have not turned out to be the team that made it to the ALCS and was one win away from taking a trip to the world series. I pick the Detroit Tigers to win this divsion because I just don't think that anyone else has the talent to win it.
Moving on to the AL East. This is a very tough division, you have the New York Yankees, Bo Sox, Rays, Blue jays, and the O's. This is going to be a tight race to the end. The Red Sox are happy to have Big Papi back in the line-up and having him produce like the old Papi who pitchers have feared in the past. Also the one that if you make a mistake you will pay the price. The Blue Jays were a surprise team in this season but they have been falling apart. There have been trade rumors about their ace Roy Halladay who has been one of the best pitchers in the bigs. If the Jays do decide to trade him they have officially waved the white flag. I pick the bronx Bombers to win this division. In the off-season they showed that they were not fooling around and got some of the biggest names on the market Mark Teixiera, C.C. Sabathia, and A.J. Burnett. The Yankees had a slow start to the season but as the season progressed they have found themselves a tough opponent.
The wild card races are shaping up to be the most talked about this season. The Colorado Rockies started off to a horrible start and they are slowly making a comeback. The San Fransisco Giants have been on eof the biggest surprises in the league.
For the AL wild card I pick the Tampa Bay Rays. The Rays learned the lesson last year that was taught by the Philadelphia Phillies. The Rays have found themselves in a tough position to be in. They will not win the division and they might not even wi the wild card, but I have a feeling that the Rays will make it to the playoffs and they will be hungry for a world series title.
For the NL Wild Card I am gooing to pick the San Fransico Giants. They have been one of the worst teams in the majors for the past couple of years, but know they lead the wild card race by 2 games. Their starting pitching has been surburb and they have very quiet superstars. The Giants have much to learn since they have been to the playoffs in a while, but they will not go down without a fight.
