Chad Ochocinco Will Tweet from Games: Sideline Tweeters I Would Like To See

Nicolas ZubiaurJul 7, 2009

Chad Ochocinco (yes, that's officially his name now) announced that he will be tweeting from the sidelines at games this season. This proves again what a powerful tool twitter is, since I assure you there will be more than one following this, myself included.

This still has to be approved by the NFL, but hey, as long as he is careful (which he never is) and respectful (which he almost never is) I see no harm in that.

It will actually be good for the game. NFL Films had tried for years to bring us the part of the game we miss on our TVs every Sunday.  Now we will have it raw and uncut.

Let's all hope this becomes a reality...

And now here's a list of NFL players I would love to follow on Twitter during games:

5. Chris Johnson/LenDale White: As controversial as they are, the Milli Vanilli duo will be funny as hell and entertaining like no one.

4. Terrell Owens: Let's face it, TO is not the most loved in the NFL. He always gets into some type of bad jam. But at the end he manages to shut everyone's mouth. As cocky as he is, I can't wait for his tweets.

3. Steve Smith: I'm sensing a pattern here...

2. Randy Moss: After being one of the most controversial in the game, Moss seems reformed now. He still has a lot of game and it's only a matter of time before he is news again.

1. Donovan McNabb: I know you too would have loved to read what No. 5 had to say about that tie, the up close and personal way. Besides, he's one of the clowns/entertainers left in the game.

My list of the players I would hate to follow include the Manning brothers, Brett Favre (whether he plays, cries, or retires), etc...

Who are yours?
