Portugal vs. Ghana: Goals, Highlights from Group G Match
Portugal finished off a disappointing World Cup effort on a high note, defeating Ghana 2-1 in their final Group G match.
Both sides were eliminated with the result. Portugal finished level with the United States on four points, but the Americans' superior goal differential (even) compared to Portugal (minus-three) saw the former through.
Ghana's John Boye accidentally put Portugal ahead, hitting in an own goal in the 31st minute while botching a clearance.
