The San Francisco Giants Week 11 Review!
I admit, the San Francisco Giants, are good. Just as long as Fred Lewis stays out of the lineup, they will make teams sweat.
There are a couple spots they can approve on, though.
First, I think there is a need for a quicker catcher. Sure, Bengie Molina is a great catcher, but as a hitter I question if he is a choice other teams will want. He hits basically singles and home runs. When he is on base, he is a liability, an easy out. As for home runs, well they are not enough in my mind to warrant him in the lineup. Sure there is the RBIs, but Pablo Sandoval is taking over as the leader there.

Yankees Call Up 6'7" Prospect 📈
Second, I would get a good offensive infielder not an outfielder. The Giants have a good outfield core.
If you trade for one, who will be replaced?
Randy Winn? Brian Sabean has enough brain cells not to do that.
Aaron Rowan? For what he is getting paid, very doubtful.
Nate Schierholtz? He is on fire! I wouldn’t even sit him on the bench for one at bat! Or move him to first. He is a great right fielder and that’s where he needs to stay!
No. They need someone at first or second base. Travis Ishikawa’s offense has picked up a lot, but still leaves something to be desired. As for second base, there has not been any real stability.
Other than, I wouldn’t change anything.
The pitching staff has lights out in most of the games. Just putting out the same lineup and things will work out. Yes, I mean they may have a shot at the Wild Card. Though, it’s still too early to know.
