Kings player cancels wedding via email after smelling Sean Avery

LA Kings player Jarret Stoll canceled his August wedding to supermodel Rachel Hunter via email. The news brings up some interesting scenarios to consider. For starters:

a) Jarret Stoll makes his debut on the JoeSportsFan pages, clearly a sign that if you are 27 and date a 39 year old who once made the cover of SI’s swimsuit issue, you are newsworthy.

b) This is the second hockey relationship that has ended badly for Rachel Hunter; she dated mega-douche Sean Avery for a year before breaking it off in 2005.

c) Hunter was once married to Rod Stewart, notable simply because my 62 year old father still listens to his music.

d) What is the statute of limitations for the term “supermodel”? Hunter is now 39 and obviously doesn’t have the same appeal she had in 1994.

Then again, age and synthetic enhancements can be a beautiful thing, especially for 27 year old men.

e) If Stoll gets into a fight, I’m taking his opponent. ###MORE###
