WrestleMania XXX: Superstars to Watch in Andre the Giant Battle Royal

Battle Royals are awesome. That's part of the reason the Royal Rumble is one of the greatest pay-per-view events on the calendar. 

The Battle Royal at the Royal Rumble has the cool countdown gimmick and high stakes. The winner headlines WrestleMania. 

In the Andre the Giant Battle Royal at WrestleMania 30, the spoils of victory are somewhat unknown. Obviously, there's some prestige that goes with winning the cool trophy that was revealed in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania.

But a little more detail will help the match mean more in the future.

Battle Royals give Superstars an opportunity to put on an individual show. Here's three Superstars that could really shine brightly in New Orleans.

Kofi Kingston

Battle Royals and Kingston are an outstanding combination. Every year, Kingston has performed some amazing feat to escape elimination.

Don't expect anything less on Sunday night at WrestleMania. Kingston won't win—of course—but he'll again leave us wondering why he can't ever get a legitimate push.

Oh yeah, he's bad on the mic. Nonetheless, he'll be impressive at Mania.

The Big Show

Big guys are always the favorites in Battle Royals. Aside from the immobile Great Khali, the Big Show is the largest Superstar in the WWE.

In the weeks leading up to Mania, Show has been hyped as the odds-on favorite to win the ATG Battle Royal. That's a good reason to believe he won't be the last man standing in the ring.

Even though a Show victory seems too predictable, you can bet he'll send his share of guys flying over the top rope.

Dolph Ziggler

What Superstar is most deserving of a major push? Ziggy.

He is one of—if not the most—complete Superstars in the promotion. For unknown reasons, all of Ziggler's momentum disappeared. Recently, we've seen him begin to get a little bit of love.

This might be a long shot, but Ziggler winning the ATG Battle Royal could happen. If it does, it'll be best for business.

We shall see what the match has in store.
