Should Coach Bowden Stay Or Go After '09 No Matter What? Pt. 2

Ok college football fans, here we go AGAIN! but there is a more sobering situation going on with FSU, that include's the sports governing body complying with Florida law rather than facing criminal sanctions?! Wow! How far does this rabbit hole really goes? Why is my beloved university falling apart like this? what must one do in order to get things straight?! Well let's once again get to the football program, the bread and butter of the sports program there. Again im asking you SHOULD BOBBY STAY OR GO? I'm all in favor of him leaving next year, he has no choice now, a new leader MUST emerge for the sake of the present team and the future of the team i.e. recruitment and reputation! For the love of goodness, when will somebody over there wake up and think about the school first?! Everything  i'm reading and hearing about is a serious stain on the school and sports program, this letter situation is going to become FSU's scarlet letter. 

The letter details the NCAA's response to FSU's appeal of sanctions resulting from the cheating.The school must first retype the report from a computer format and redact names, the school could be stripped of wins in 10 sports, including football. That would seriously hurt Bobby Bowden's bid to become college football's all-time winningest coach, And my problem with this is should Bobby care about how many wins he has accomplished, if the end result is his reputation but thrown in the toilet? And lets not forget we have the 2007 track team with their very real possiblity of being stripped of the '07 championship, this is a scandal unlike anything I can remember concerning a university on a large scale, instructors and students getting together(not thinking) to pretty much put FSU out of it's misery since it has been trying to recover from previous stupidity from prior students, but this thing is needless to say so much more.

I know many are going to say(esp FSU fans & alumni) don't blame coach for everybody else's indiscretion, he can't be everywhere all the time! I understand that argument, but let me ask you this, why should'nt I think that one of the pitch points in recruiting a player for the Noles football program, and academic program is the coach's prestige, and his father like persona towards new recruits? Is he an absentee father? this is what it's looking to me at this moment, did he and or FSUknow about the cheating years ago and did nothing? why do they need to submit a redacted letter? To redact a letter is to hide something(I work for the military so trust me) you don't want a certain person or group to see, and if it  isn't that serious why are we hearing about possible criminal sanctions? lets be very serious about this...THIS IS BIG!
