WWE Raw: Potential Spoilers, Rumors, News and Preview for March 10

Ryan DilbertMar 10, 2014

The March 10 WWE Raw is set to augment the evolving WrestleMania XXX card.

The FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tenn. hosts a night sure to showcase a number of WrestleMania previews, announcements and splintering teams. The audience will tune in to see if Triple H accepts Daniel Bryan's challenge and where the Undertaker vs. Brock Lesnar story heads.

Unlike last week, fans won't be expecting CM Punk to appear. Instead, the stacked show's list of Superstars scheduled to appear includes Hulk Hogan, Undertaker, Batista, John Cena and Bryan.

Cena continues to play up the injuries The Wyatt Family inflicted on him.

His rivalry is one of many the Raw spotlight will point toward. It appears that the midcard will get some attention as well.

Collisions Coming?

What began as two foes attempting to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber has become an intense feud.

Look for Christian and Sheamus to add another round to their battle. As noted by WrestlingInc.com, "WWE is teasing a possible match between Sheamus and Christian for this Monday's RAW from Memphis."

On last week's Raw, frustration fueled Christian as he attacked Sheamus backstage.

Sheamus left that scuffle with scars to share. Expect him to seek out "Captain Charisma" as their rivalry becomes more personal, leading to a potential WrestleMania showdown.

Christian hasn't had a single victory against Sheamus during this feud. He'll be at his most desperate if they meet once more.

The Usos will likely have a different pair of challengers once that event arrives, but for now, they have to worry about The New Age Outlaws snatching back their Tag titles.

An injury kept Road Dogg from competing on last week's Main Event. WWE is implying that he'll be ready to go come Monday.

In the Raw five-point preview on WWE.com, Anthony Benigno writes, "WWE Main Event and SmackDown came and went without The Outlaws throwing down for the WWE Tag Team Championship once again; might they roll the dice on Raw?"

The fact that WWE.com asked that question implies that the former champs will at least tease at challenging The Usos. The brothers are more likely to face a younger duo (or duos) at WrestleMania, so it makes sense to end this story now before setting up the one for the big show.

Will The Usos have another victory to celebrate?

One clash fans shouldn't bank on seeing is Cody Rhodes against Goldust.

That brother vs. brother matchup seemed to be a perfect fit for WrestleMania, but WWE is reportedly not headed in that direction. According to F4WOnline, via WrestlingInc.com, "Word from within WWE this week is that there will be no Goldust vs. Cody Rhodes match at WrestleMania XXX after all."

Instead, look for the Rhodes brothers to help keep the tag team division afloat, positioning themselves for a chance of their own at The Usos.

Announcements

Monday's Raw is set to be the home for big WrestleMania news. Hulk Hogan is promising an important announcement, and it looks as if Undertaker has something major to say as well.

The possibilities of what Hogan has to say range from WWE bringing the Money in the Bank match back to WrestleMania to adding Bryan to the WWE title match.

He won't be alone in grabbing fans' attention once he takes the mic. According to WWE.com, "The Road to WrestleMania hits a twist when Hulk Hogan and The Undertaker return to Raw for a pair of must-see announcements concerning The Show of Shows."

Fans are hoping that Undertaker's "must-see announcement" isn't that his match against Lesnar will be his last.

It's more likely to be him naming the stipulation for the match. Could we see him defend the streak in the Hell in a Cell again?

Widening Cracks

Aside from the main WrestleMania narratives, one of the most intriguing storylines for Monday's Raw will be what is next for The Shield.

On last week's Raw, Seth Rollins abandoned Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns during their match against The Wyatt Family. That was not the final blow to the house of cards that is the black-clad trio as of late.

On Friday's SmackDown, Rollins and Ambrose smacked each other around, but in the end, they promised unity going forward.

Their simmering tension will morph into a fire at some point. The fact that fans don't know if it will come on Monday's Raw or later will create a wealth of suspense surrounding all of The Shield's interactions.

Team dissension is not just a problem for "The Hounds of Justice," though. The Real Americans appear ready to implode as well.

Jack Swagger and Cesaro each had a match against Big E on last Monday's Raw. Both bouts ended in a disqualification and The Real Americans barking at each other.

Zeb Colter did manage to get the partners to hug it out, but how much longer will the team's crumbling cohesion hold together?

It's now a race of sorts to see which team will break up first. The winner of that race will likely get a chance to clobber their own partners at WrestleMania.

That event won't be fully formed after Raw hits Memphis, but added clarity will swipe away several unknowns.
