A Successful Season on the Horizon...

Throwing Caution to the Wind.. Going for the Gusto…  Possibly it was the Beer.. Possibly the Analysis.. Possibly the Truth..  But, The Spartans are headed for another successful season..

2007: 7 - 6

2008: 9 - 4

2009 Prediction: 12 – 1, including Bowl Win..

“By the great beard of Zeus you say… The Spartans  12 - 1?”    Yes,  that’s correct... the consensus  at the SpartyMSU Football  Conference (last weekend in East Lansing), was that there is only 1 game that is a high risk loss, all others are likely to be in the win column….. And we are sticking to our guns…  The Coin flip prediction was a little less optimistic at 7 – 5, 4 – 4, but, that’s just the flip… its always wrong, and least 80% of three quarters of 50% of the time.

Our BlogoSphere Friend and colleague “The ES” is predicting a good season for the Spartans as well.. ES I’m stealing your Thunder.. The Enlightened Spartan predicts  9 – 3 for the Spartans, Plus a Bowl Win (10 – 3)…  we assume his predicted loss is JoePa, Iowa and somebody else, we’ all will check daily at  http://www.enlightenedspartan.com  until we find out for sure...  

Harken my friends, the Spartans will do better than you think this year.. .  SpartyMSU owes ES a Pitcher of Brew at P.B. if we are wrong...

In many of the Posted Predictions on the Spartan Season, I see Lots O’ Love for the Spartans this year….  I think ES, SpartyMSU and all of the Spartan Blogfica residents are looking forward to another positive season..

Heck.. even  the anti-Spartan,  Angelique S. Chengelis of The Detroit News, predicts the Spartans will go 10 – 2.  Our beloved Hondo S. Caprenter Sr. at Spartans Nation dot COM is predicting 9 – 3… Feel the Love.. Feel the Love..  So, as you can see, we’re not that far off, in fact SpartyMSU is the accurate one at 11 - 1.

Lets go.. Let the Season Begin..!

• Saturday we will post a Summary of the Entire 2009 season for the Michigan State Spartans..
• Tuesday we will Post the 2009 Spartan football Team review….
• After that, we will begin the week by week prediction and forecast for the Entire 2009 Football season, looking at each enemy, one by one…
