Here’s a complete table including a few National League duos as well. There are plenty of oustanding pitchers in the NL who don’t have a fine running mate to make it a duo, (Gallardo/Santana) so those guys are absent from this list.
In this list, I’ve ranked the teams 1-3 in each category. That way, teams really stand out if they excel in one particular area. Enjoy.
