Sean Marshall laid a rotten egg on national television—and in HD, nonetheless.

Last year it felt like no deficit was too big for the Cubs to overcome. Different story this season. Sometimes it feels like Chicago needs a week’s worth of games to score eight runs.
Lou should remove Soriano to rest his sore knee after falling behind 7-0 in the fifth. You can’t risk another leg injury with 'Fonsi.
Monday is a huge off-day for Alfonso. He plays well in Atlanta; it’s a hitter’s park, and you want him in the lineup as much as possible.
This was a bad ending to a good home stand. Now, it’s nine straight on the road. Cubs have to play better baseball. June 1 means it’s not early anymore!
