Transfer Rumour Rater: David Luiz to Barcelona in the January Window
David Luiz may finally be on his way out of the Stamford Bridge exit this weekend after the Daily Star's Nick Lustig revealed that Chelsea may now be willing to cash in on the controversial centre-back.
Barcelona had been linked with the Brazilian international over the summer transfer window, but the Blues rejected any advances from the Catalan giants.
However, Jose Mourinho has since opted for the pairing of John Terry and Gary Cahill in central defence, the question of Luiz's availability becoming slightly clearer as a result.

An excerpt from Lustig's report reads: "According to reports in Spain, Chelsea are now willing to let Luiz leave the club in the upcoming transfer window with Barcelona ready to act on this development by launching a revived bid. Barca boss Gerardo Martino is desperate to bolster his defensive options with Carlos Puyol and Gerard Pique increasingly injury-prone."
Per Farah Kashwa Sport.co.uk, a fee of £35 million would be required in order for the Blues to part ways with their South American talent.
