Starting Pitcher in focus: Adam Wainwright.

After getting off to a shaky start to the season, which saw him head to the DL, Wainwright has been spectacular since his return. Pitching matchups that I love for week 9 are Tim Lincecum, Johan Santana, Roy Oswalt, Joe Saunders, A.J. Burnett, Eric Bedard, Clayton Kershaw, Randy Wolf, Rick Porcello, and Ricky Romero.

Starter to Avoid for week 9: Daisuke Matsuzaka.
