Arizona State Football November Recruiting Update
The Arizona State Sun Devils are in first place in the Pac-12 South coming down the stretch and are focused on capturing their first division title.
Throughout this season, Arizona State has made splashes on and off the field.
The Sun Devils are currently ranked No. 19 in the BCS and have the nation's No. 23 best recruiting class. Head coach Todd Graham and his staff have changed the culture surrounding Arizona State football in only two short years, and recruits are taking notice.
Anyone that has watched an ASU game the last two years has seen the transformation on the field, but what's happened off the field has been just as impressive.
Graham has been able to attract some of the nation's best JUCO transfers and has also been able to capture the attention of Arizona's most talented recruits.
ASU will lose some of its most talented players to graduation after this season, but Graham and his staff have made sure there are plenty of recruits lined up to fill their holes.
Key Needs: OL, WR, LB, DL
The Sun Devils will have their work cut out for them this offseason.
ASU will need to add more offensive weapons with running back Marion Grice and tight end Chris Coyle graduating. The Sun Devils will also need to replace two key offensive linemen in Evan Finkenberg and Kody Koebensky.
Defensively, ASU will need to replace essentially its entire defensive line with Davon Coleman, Will Sutton and Gannon Conway all graduating.
The Sun Devils will also lose two key secondary players in Alden Darby and Osahon Irabor.
This recruiting class for ASU needs to have it all, and it will lay the foundation for Graham's legacy as ASU's head coach.

Sam Jones, Derik Calhoun and Jalen Harvey are currently ASU's most important commits.
Jones will help provide stability on the Sun Devils' offensive line. He is a solid offensive tackle who will provide running back D.J. Foster with adequate running lanes for years to come.
Calhoun and Harvey are two of ASU's most recent commits.
ASU will need help rebuilding their pass rush next year, and Calhoun will certainly help them do that. He has a nose for the football and could replace Carl Bradford as ASU's next Devilbacker.
Harvey is a top-end receiving prospect who will give quarterback Taylor Kelly another offensive weapon to work with.
He has great hands and could be used as a returner in addition to a slot receiver early in his Sun Devil career.
Most Important Targets
| Name | Star | Position | Height | Weight |
| Parrker Westphal | 4 | CB | 6' | 186 |
| Michael Lazarus | 3.5 | ILB | 6'2'' | 205 |
| Casey Tucker | 4 | OT | 6'6'' | 270 |

| Sam Boyd | 3 | WR | 6'3'' | 230 |
| Budda Baker | 4 | ATH | 5'9'' | 174 |
| Torrence Brown | 3 | ATH | 6'4'' | 228 |
| Steven Parker | 4 | S | 6'2'' | 188 |
| Roosevelt Pearson | 3 | DE | 6'4'' | 245 |
Parrker Westphal, Michael Lazarus and Dominique Robertson are three of ASU's most important targets.
Westphal has garnered interest from Vanderbilt, Northwestern, ASU, Michigan and Michigan State. The Illinois native hasn't had an official visit to Tempe yet, but he would be a huge get for the Sun Devils.
ASU loses two key secondary players in Irabor and Darby this offseason, and Westphal, along with freshman Marcus Ball who is waiting in the wings, could come in and make an early impact in ASU's secondary.
Lazarus has the potential to be one of the next great Sun Devil linebackers. As mentioned earlier, ASU's pass rush will take a hit this offseason.
The addition of Lazarus would make the transition from the old guard to the new easier though.
He has the size to step in as a freshman and play, and his speed and closing ability give him the potential to be great.
Robertson is an offensive tackle with a big frame that could help fill the big holes on ASU's offensive line.
He would be a JUCO transfer, and based on how Graham has had JUCO success in the past, Robertson could make an immediate impact on the Sun Devils' offensive line protecting Taylor Kelly.
