Jarrett Boykin's Instant Fantasy Reaction After Week 10
Just when it looked like Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jarrett Boykin was going to lose most of his value in fantasy football due to the absence quarterback Aaron Rodgers, he put together one of his best performances of the season.
Working with two different backup quarterbacks, Seneca Wallace (who left with a groin injury according to USA Today's Tom Pelissero) and Scott Tolzien, the second-year wideout reeled in eight catches for 112 yards.
It was exactly the type of showing fantasy owners who took a chance on Boykin as a waiver-wire addition a couple weeks ago wanted to see. He made his way onto the fantasy radar after putting up 28 points over three-week span ending in Week 8.

Rookie WRs Who Will Outplay Their Draft Value 📈
Last week, Boykin made just one catch for 15 yards and without Rodgers it looked like the value he was starting to build up was going to fade away.
Instead, he showed he can still be a very useful No. 3 wide receiver or flex option moving forward. More often than not, it's those type of unheralded role players who end up making a major difference as the fantasy playoff race heats up.
He's still going to have to contend with Jordy Nelson and James Jones for targets, but it seems like Green Bay has no plans of becoming a run-heavy offense without Rodgers, so it shouldn't be a significant issue.
Boykin should be viewed as a matchup play with upside moving forward.
