What to Expect from the Nov. 4 Edition of Raw

Aaron BowerNov 4, 2013

After Big Show made another explosive impact on Raw last week, the stakes are high ahead of another tension-filled edition of the show this Monday night.

There isn't just the Big Show vs. Triple H storyline to consider, too. The roster is nicely packed up with storylines to keep everyone interested at the moment—including what is potentially in store for CM Punk and Daniel Bryan after their attacks from the Wyatt Family last week.

Throw a potentially turbulent edition for The Shield and the potential return of one of the most iconic figures in the industry, and you have a good show in prospect with Survivor Series building.

Here, Bleacher Report takes a look at what to expect from Raw this week.

Return of the Boss?

With the Big Show running riot in the WWE as a rebel, many people are questioning who is behind the continued appearances of the giant whilst being seemingly banned from arenas.

Could it be Vince McMahon?

With Triple H and Stephanie running a riot of their own in terms of Superstar handling, it could be the boss who is behind Show's repeated interferences in Triple H's business.

It would make excellent sense to bring Vince back as a face. In his sporadic appearances of recent years, he has been adored by every single crowd who comes across him.

And, with Triple H playing such an excellent heel, another McMahon family rivalry would be a great angle to go down ahead of WrestleMania season.

A CM Punk Reaction

It's not often that somebody gets the better of CM Punk. However, Bray Wyatt and his most recent push sent him into Punk's firing line, and he put a brutal beating over on the former WWE Champion last week on Raw.

That means that we will almost certainly see Punk's explosive reaction on Raw. We'll see a superb promo—we often do with Punk—and no doubt more twisted, bizarre action from Bray and his family.

Expect Daniel Bryan to be thrown into the mix, too, as they build towards a tag team encounter at Survivor Series.

More Big Show Interference

It's been an exciting few weeks if you're a fan of the Big Show. Not only has he been involved in some dramatic storylines, but he has been making quite an impact too.

His feud with Triple H is rapidly reaching boiling point—especially after he knocked Randy Orton out at the end of Raw last week.

With Big Show still technically banned from the building at every WWE event—kayfabe, of course—then another explosive interference could again be on the cards.

Will Triple H have the bases covered? Will Show again get the better of the COO? It promises to be another exciting segment, to say the least.

Kane's Next Move

It would take a wrestling expert to say they called Kane's twist last week on Raw. It was one thing defeating The Miz in a match, but to call Stephanie McMahon out was another.

And, after pledging allegiance to Stephanie and "The Authority" on the show last week, it is expected that Kane will once again make his presence felt on the show this week.

Who will his target be? Will he be incorporated into the Big Show feud by acting as Triple H's enforcer? Or will Stephanie unleash the monster on another unsuspecting target?

It all adds to the excitement of a solid few weeks in the WWE, heading up to Survivor Series.

The End of the Shield?

There is yet another interesting sub-plot to the Triple H saga at the moment, and that is the future of The Shield.

They're arguably the best stable to have emerged in the WWE in the last few years, but the beginning of the end looks nigh for the trio.

Roman Reigns' obvious frustrations at Dean Ambrose surfaced last week during an Ambrose promo, and tensions look to be high within the group ahead of Survivor Series.

Expect to see more friction amongst the group on Raw—with Ambrose again playing a catalytic role in the drama, ahead of what looks like to be the beginning of the end of The Shield.
