BCS Standings Predictions 2013: What Experts Are Predicting for Week 11 BCS Poll
After a wild Week 10 of college football that saw Florida State slaughter Miami, Michigan State upend its "big brother" in Michigan and Oklahoma State hand Texas Tech its second straight loss, the BCS prognosticators have put in their latest projections.
Samuel Chi, B/R's BCS guru, has the Miami Hurricanes down four spots from last week's rankings after their loss to the Seminoles. On the flip side, he still has the Oregon Ducks ranked second despite Florida State's second win over a top-10 team in three weeks.

Jerry Palm of CBS Sports disagrees with Chi and believes the Seminoles will surpass the Ducks in this week's BCS standings and become the second-ranked team in the country.
Where the two do agree is where Miami will fall, as Palm also has the Hurricanes ranked 11th following their loss.

Brad Edwards of ESPN agrees with Palm and believes that the Seminoles will pass Oregon as the No. 2 team in the BCS:
Edwards does say that should Oregon win its highly anticipated matchup with the Stanford Cardinal on Thursday, the Ducks will move back into the No. 2 spot in Week 12:
Other trends in the BCS projections include Chi and Palm having Michigan State ranked at No. 20 following the team's win over Michigan, as well as Fresno State holding on to its automatic bid to a BCS bowl with its top-16 ranking.
Chi and Palm agree that Texas Tech will still be ranked in the top 25 despite losing its second straight game. Both losses for the Red Raiders were to ranked opponents, which has the experts projecting them to fall to the No. 22 spot.
While the experts have Fresno State poised for an automatic berth, they still have the Northern Illinois Huskies on the outside looking in at No. 17.
As for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, they're projected to climb the rankings and keep their slim BCS hopes alive despite nearly losing to Navy this week.
